Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before applying to or using Spark Twice. By submitting an application or engaging with our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

1. About Spark Twice

Spark Twice is a curated matchmaking service operating across the United States at sparktwice.com. We facilitate introductions between compatible adults seeking meaningful long-term relationships. References to "Spark Twice," "we," "us," or "our" throughout these Terms refer to Spark Twice and its operators.

2. Eligibility

To apply to and use Spark Twice, you must:

• Be at least 35 years of age at the time of application
• Be legally single: not currently married, not in a domestic partnership, and not in an exclusive relationship with another person
• Be genuinely seeking a serious, long-term romantic relationship
• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information throughout the application process
• Reside in, or be willing to meet with compatible introductions in, a geographic area where Spark Twice is actively operating within the United States

Spark Twice reserves the right to decline any application at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Application and Membership

Application Process

Submitting an application does not guarantee membership. Each application is reviewed individually by our team. We evaluate compatibility, sincerity of intent, and fit with our current member community before extending an invitation to join.

Membership Acceptance

If your application is accepted, you will be contacted by our team to discuss next steps, expectations, and the terms of your engagement with the service. Membership is personal and non-transferable.

Active Participation

As a member, you are expected to respond to outreach from our team within a reasonable time, engage in good faith with introductions offered, and communicate honestly with both our team and anyone you are introduced to.

4. Your Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at all times. Misrepresentation of your identity, relationship status, intentions, or any material fact is grounds for immediate removal from the service without refund.

Respectful Conduct

You agree to treat all Spark Twice staff and introduced members with dignity and respect. Harassment, manipulation, threats, or any form of abusive conduct toward staff or members will result in immediate termination of membership.

Safety and Honesty in Introductions

When meeting someone through Spark Twice, you agree to exercise reasonable personal safety precautions, meet in public places initially, and to never misrepresent your identity or intentions to the person you are introduced to.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Spark Twice for any of the following purposes:

• Soliciting business, promoting products or services, or any commercial purpose
• Seeking relationships that are not genuine or long-term in nature
• Collecting personal information about other members for any purpose
• Any activity that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law

5. Our Role and Limitations

What We Do

Spark Twice acts as an introduction service. We research, curate, and facilitate introductions between members we believe may be compatible. Every introduction is made by a real person on our team. We do not use automated matching algorithms.

What We Cannot Guarantee

We cannot and do not guarantee that you will find a romantic partner, that any introduction will result in a relationship, or that any information provided by other members is accurate. We make every reasonable effort to verify members but cannot guarantee the conduct or character of any individual.

No Liability for Member Conduct

Spark Twice is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or statements of any member before, during, or after introductions. Any in-person meetings or ongoing communication between introduced members occur at your own risk and discretion.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared between members in the context of an introduction is considered private and confidential. You agree not to share another member's personal information, including their name, contact details, photographs, or anything they have told you, with any third party without their explicit consent.

Spark Twice similarly commits to protecting your confidential information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Fees and Payments

Active membership is billed at $47 per month, charged on a recurring basis through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Your membership begins on the date of your first payment and renews automatically on the same calendar day each month unless cancelled.

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.

Spark Twice reserves the right to adjust its fees at any time. Active members will be notified by email at least 14 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new fee.

8. Termination

By You

You may withdraw your application or cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By Spark Twice

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your application or membership at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to: misrepresentation, violations of these Terms, conduct we deem inconsistent with the values and safety of our community, or if we determine that a suitable match is not available for you at this time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and materials on the Spark Twice website and associated materials are the property of Spark Twice and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers

The Spark Twice service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that introductions will result in any particular outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spark Twice disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spark Twice and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of opportunity, emotional harm, or any damages arising from interactions with other members, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the service shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to Spark Twice in the six months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spark Twice and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your interaction with any other member.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Spark Twice shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the jurisdiction of courts as mutually agreed upon by the parties.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to active members by email. Your continued use of the service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Spark Twice regarding your use of the service, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
