Membership fees, and what they cover.

We believe in clarity. Here is exactly what you pay, what you receive, and what happens if things don't work out.

Membership plans

Choose your membership.

Both plans give you the same curated matchmaking experience, with a dedicated human matchmaker working on your behalf. The difference is priority and depth.

Membership is by application. You are not charged to apply, and you choose your plan only after you are accepted.

And your membership clock only starts the day we send your first introduction, never at sign-up. You never pay for time we are not yet serving you.

A real person reads your profile, learns your values, and spends time finding someone genuinely compatible, not just superficially similar.

Secure private messaging

All conversations happen inside the platform: private, encrypted, and never shared. Your contact details remain yours until you decide otherwise.

Identity verification

Every member is identity and liveness verified before any introduction is made. The person you are meeting is exactly who they say they are.

Curated introductions

Every introduction is personally selected. We consider values, lifestyle, and long-term compatibility, not just age, photos, and distance.

We do not push volume. We take the time to get each introduction right, and reach out when we have something worth your attention.

Your profile is never publicly visible. We share only what is necessary for a specific introduction, and only when both parties have been prepared.

Cancel anytime

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep full access until that date. No penalties, no lock-in.

To cancel, use the account settings in your member dashboard, or contact us directly and we'll handle it for you promptly.

7-day cancellation window

If you change your mind within 7 days of your first payment and no introduction has yet been made, you're entitled to a full refund. Please contact us within that window and we'll process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.

After an introduction has been made

Once a curated introduction has been facilitated, meaning the matchmaker has invested time in your profile and made an introduction, the service has been rendered and refunds are not available for that billing period.

We believe this is fair. The work of a thoughtful introduction is real, personal, and irreversible, just like any professional service.

Exceptional circumstances

We are reasonable people. If something has gone genuinely wrong, a billing error, a technical failure, or a situation we couldn't have anticipated, please reach out. We review every request individually and will always try to do right by you.

How much does Spark Twice membership cost?

Spark Twice has two membership tiers, billed in US dollars. Classic is $57 per month, or $153 every 3 months (a 10% saving), and includes hand-picked introductions made by a real matchmaker whenever a genuinely strong match is found. Premier is $97 per month, or $261 every 3 months (a 10% saving), and adds priority matchmaker attention, with your profile worked first, and read receipts. Billing is monthly or every 3 months; there is no annual plan.

How many introductions will I get each month?

Spark Twice does not promise a set number of introductions. We send an introduction whenever we identify someone genuinely worth your time, so some weeks there are none. We never send filler to hit a quota. Introductions are led by quality, not a monthly count.

Can I cancel, and is there a refund?

Yes. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues to the end of the current billing period. There is a 7-day refund window from your first payment if no introduction has been made yet. You can also pause your membership for up to 60 days if you need a break. Full details are in our Terms of Service.

Is there a free trial?

We don't offer a free trial. Matchmaking requires real investment of time before any introduction is made. However, there's no commitment until your application is reviewed and approved, and you've confirmed you wish to join.

Can I pay for several months upfront?

Yes. Both Classic and Premier offer a 3-month upfront option that saves about 10% compared with paying monthly. You can switch from monthly to 3-month at any time, contact us and we'll arrange it.

Can I pause my membership instead of cancelling?

Yes. If you need a break, travelling, a family situation, or simply not ready, you can request a pause of up to 60 days. Contact us and we'll pause your billing without losing your membership status.

What happens to my profile after I cancel?

Your profile is deactivated and no further introductions are made. Your data is retained for 12 months in case you wish to return, after which it's permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may also request immediate deletion at any time.

Are there any additional or hidden fees?

No. The membership fee is the only charge. There are no setup fees, introduction fees, or success fees. What you see above is what you pay.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payments are processed securely. We don't store your card details on our servers.

Can I upgrade from Classic to Premier?

Yes. You can upgrade from Classic to Premier at any time from your dashboard. If you're unsure which plan to start with, we recommend Classic, you can always step up when you're ready.
