Our refund policy

Cancel anytime

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain full access until that date. No penalties, no lock-in.

To cancel, log into your member dashboard and use the account settings, or contact us directly and we will handle it for you promptly.

7-day cancellation window

If you change your mind within 7 days of your first payment and no introduction has yet been made, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us within that window and we will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days.

After an introduction has been made

Once a curated introduction has been facilitated (meaning the matchmaker has invested time in your profile and made an introduction), the service has been rendered and refunds are not available for that billing period.

We believe this is fair. The work of a thoughtful introduction is real, personal, and irreversible, just like any professional service.

Exceptional circumstances

We are reasonable people. If something has gone genuinely wrong (a billing error, a technical failure, or a situation we could not have anticipated), please reach out. We review every request individually and will always try to do right by you.

Frequently asked

Is there a free trial?

We do not offer a free trial. Matchmaking requires real investment of time before any introduction is made. However, there is no commitment until your application is reviewed and approved, and you have confirmed you wish to join.

Can I pay annually instead of monthly?

Yes. Both Classic and Premier offer an annual option that effectively gives you three months free compared with paying monthly: Classic at $513 / year or Premier at $873 / year. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time — contact us and we will arrange it.

Can I pause my membership instead of cancelling?

Yes. If you need a break (travelling, a family situation, or simply not ready), you can request a pause of up to 60 days. Contact us and we will pause your billing without losing your membership status.

What happens to my profile after I cancel?

Your profile is deactivated and no further introductions are made. Your data is retained for 12 months in case you wish to return, after which it is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may also request immediate deletion at any time.

Are there any additional or hidden fees?

No. The monthly membership fee is the only charge. There are no setup fees, introduction fees, or success fees. What you see above is what you pay.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details on our servers.

Can I upgrade from Classic to Premier?

Yes. You can upgrade from Classic to Premier at any time by contacting our team. If you are unsure which plan to start with, we recommend Classic — you can always step up when you are ready.
