Our story

Why we built this

Spark Twice grew out of a frustration that many people know intimately. Modern dating had turned something as profound as human connection into a numbers game. Speed over depth. Volume over care. Quantity dressed up as opportunity.

The people who came to us were not new to love. Many had been married. Many had raised families, built careers, and lived through the kind of experiences that make a person genuinely interesting and genuinely discerning. They did not need more options. They needed one right person. And they needed someone who would take the time to think.

So that is what we built. A small, careful service, run by real people, dedicated entirely to a single purpose: making one introduction that is actually worth your time.

We will only ever contact you when we believe we have found someone worth your time. That is not a slogan. It is how we operate.

We do not believe in algorithms making decisions about human compatibility. Every application is read by a person. Every match is thought through, not generated. That takes longer, and we think it is worth it.

Complete a personal compatibility profile. Tell us who you are, what you value, and what you are genuinely looking for. A real person reads every word.

We review

Every application is reviewed by a member of our team. No filter decides your fate. No score determines your worth. A person considers your profile and your potential compatibility with others in our community.

We introduce

When we identify someone genuinely compatible, we make one personal introduction. By name, with context, and with confidence. Then we step back entirely. What happens next is between the two of you.

You will only hear from us when we have something worth saying. We do not send check-ins, updates, or reminders for the sake of appearing active.

Pricing and refund policy

Our pricing

Spark Twice charges a membership fee for access to our curated introduction service. There are no recurring charges and no hidden fees. You will never be billed without your explicit agreement.

Full pricing details are provided during the application review process, after we have had the chance to read your profile and confirm that we can serve you well.

We operate on the belief that the cost of a considered introduction should be proportionate to the care that goes into it. Nothing more.

Our refund policy

Because every application involves significant personal time and care from our team, refunds are considered individually based on your circumstances.

If you have not yet received an introduction and wish to withdraw from the service, please contact us and we will review your request fairly.

Once an introduction has been made, the service has been rendered and refunds are generally not available. If you have any concerns, we encourage you to reach out directly. We would rather talk through a concern than leave it unaddressed.
